To ensure a smooth and productive experience, we kindly request that you schedule an appointment in advance by contacting our sales representatives at elsa.sales@htn-ti.com. Please provide your itinerary at least 10 days before your planned visit. We will arrange transportation for you from your arrival point in Xi’an to our factory.
For your safety and convenience, we also offer live online factory tours via ZOOM as a flexible alternative, especially during ongoing health concerns.
